Signs That You Just May not Be Into Him

We always talk about signs where the guy may not be into you, but what about the cases when you are just not into him. There are signs that you may want to look out for. No sense in wasting yours or the guy's time. Check out the following signs below.

  • Everything reminds you of him- in a bad way....You start to hate things you once loved: songs, activities because they remind you of him.

  • You make up little lies in order to not have to spend time with him. He asks you out and you tell him you have plans, although you do not. You make up excuses to not have to see him.

  • You only think about him when he was around. When he is not around or calling, you do not miss him at all.

  • He embarrasses you. You do not want to introduce him to your friends or family.

  • You think he tries to hard. You do not care about the extravagant gifts he gives you.

  • You are emotionally detached. You are just not into the relationship. If you find out he has someone else, you are relieved instead of being upset... ( I have been here :) )

  • You are looking for someone new, as if you are single. I have been here as well.  You consider yourself single but you are not.

  • Sex is the last thing on your mind. You are never in the mood and constantly make up excuses as to why you don't want any.

  • You create drama and pick fights just to add excitement and to have something to talk about.

These advice pointers are not set in stone but it can definitely give you something to think about in regards to your relationship or lack of one. This is just opinion based on factual experiences. Hope this information has been helpful..

Have You Checked Your Credit Report Lately???

Have you checked your credit report lately? If you haven't checked it yet, you should definitely look to do so. Not checking your credit report can be detrimental. Make sure you take the time to find out what is on your credit report and find out your credit score. You do not want to wait until it's time for you to make a big purchase to find out your credit is not what you thought it was.

www.annualcreditreport.com is a great website to view your credit report for free from each of the three major bureaus (Experian, Equifax, Transunion), once a year( every 12 months).

There are other situations where you can get a free credit report.

1. You are a victim of identity.
If you believe you may be a victim of identity theft, you can obtain one free credit report from each of the three major bureaus.

2. You are looking for a job. If you are unemployed and plan to search for a job within 60 days.

3. You have put a fraud alert in your credit report.
When you file a fraud alert, you are entitled to one free credit report from each of the credit report agency. An extended alert entitles you to two free reports from each bureau with-in a 12 month period.

4.You are on the receiving end of an adverse/negative action. This includes being denied loans, employment, insurance or other benefits because of your credit. You are entitled to see a copy of your credit report.

Hopefully, I have convinced you to check your credit report :)

How to Create Rock Solid Abs

Summer is here and in full swing. Temperatures are hot and you want to show off your nice abs. But what if you, like myself, are a work in progress :).
How do you get that toned and sexy mid area?

There are some things you can start doing to assist in this quest.

1)Exercise at least 3-4 times a week ( ex. planks & squat jumps are great)

2) Stay active and move all day long. Dancing works for me and helps burn a lot of calories. Make sure you workout your midsection. Belly dancing and ab workouts are great.

3) Follow a strict diet & healthy eating lifestyle. If you do not eat healthy, fat tends to deposit itself in your midsection/stomach area.
You can not just exercise though...you must also change your eating habits so that it is not counter productive.

Hopefully these tips can help you create the rock solid abs that you desire. Remember to always consult your physician before starting any exercise regime. Check out You-Tube...there are many videos about exercises for your midsection.
